She was a maiden beloved by Cupid.   Cupid conveyed her to a lonely place where every night he came to her invisibly.   Meanwhile, he ordered her not to attempt to see him.   But, finally, overcome by love and curiosity, she violated his command.   The moment Psyche gazed at Cupid and witnessed his beauty, however, Cupid started awake and fled from her, saying, “Love cannot live where there is no trust.”

2.      “Cupid conveyed her to a lonely place where every night he came to her invisibly”： Cupid 送她到一個孤寂的地方，在那裡每晚他不現人影地來會她。 “invisibly”：見不到地、隱身地。 “convey”：輸送。
