Arcadian nymph Callisto. Zeus' wife, Hera, changed Callisto into a bear
to show her animosity towards Zeus' object of love. Out hunting, Arcas
would have killed his mother, the bear, if Zeus had not intervened and
changed them into the constellations of the Great and Little Bear.
