[J-134] The Ducks Like It 鸭子们喜欢
Bridget was fond of waiting at the church door to compliment her priest on his sermon. One day she delivered a superlative bit of blarney, and he remarked, with a smile, “Now, Bridget, you know that your compliments fall off me like water off a duck's back.”
Not at all abashed, she replied, “Yes, Father, I know, but the ducks like it.”

一点也不羞赧的,她回说:「是的,神父,我晓得,但鸭子喜欢它呀!」
