[J-147]  Crazy English?

Chris: English is really crazy.  It has incombustible to mean not combustible.
But then it lets inflammable mean the same as flammable, rather than
 differently as not flammable.

Emma: Do you know why English is so crazy?

Chris: No, why?

Emma: The brain is combustible or inflammable.  When inflammation comes to one's
brain, one's mind is so overheated that one may forget what is flammable and
what is nonflammable, and then may believe everything is flammable or
 inflammable.
