[J-158] Felt Hot and Felt Hat
A man was walking under the broiling sun of midsummer with a felt hat on. When he came upon a tall tree by the roadside, he decided to take a rest under its leafy shade. Taking off his felt hat and fanning himself with it, he felt not so hot and thought: “I might have had a heat stroke without this felt hat.”
broiling (烤、炙、烧热的), leafy shade (树叶多而形成的阴影), heat stroke (中暑)。
