Looking at the drunkard's dirty shirt, rouge-reddened lips, and an empty bottle left in his bag, the divine answered, “Most probably idle life with too much liquor in brothels.” Then, after a few minutes' silence, the priest asked the tippler, “How long have you had it?” “Me?” the toper replied, “I've been okay, but the paper says the Pope has had a serious arthritis for a long long time!”
